Who We Are?

United Cotfab Limited (Formerly Known as the United Cotfab LLP and United Cotfab Private Limited) operating since 2015 in the Textile Industry. We are engaged in the manufacturing of high quality open end yarn catering to the textile industry. Our manufacturing process adheres to stringent quality standards and is backed by advanced technology and machinery.

Our Company is promoted by Mr. Nirmalkumar Mangalchand Mittal and Mr. Gagan Nirmalkumar Mittal. Our promoters have a combined experience of more than 55 years in the field of cotton textile industry since 1983. The promoters are in the textile business through group firms namely “United Polyfab Gujarat Limited”, “United Techfab Private Limited” and “United Polyfab Private Limited” “Vinod Spinner Private Limited, Vinod Denim Limited, Vinod Fabrics Private Limited”.

Mr. Gagan Nirmalkumar Mittal

Mr. Gagan Nirmalkumar Mittal aged 41 Years is a Promoter and Managing Director of our Company. He has been into textile business since (18) eighteen years. He oversaw the establishment of our production facilities, and the company has grown significantly in the years since its founding.

Mr. Nirmal Mangalchand Mittal

Mr. Nirmal Mangalchand Mittal, aged 66 years is a Promoter and Non-Executive Director of our Company, having experience of more than 44 years in Textile industry. He is a commerce graduate and mainly handling the overall management of the other Associate concerns.

Background

M/s United Cotfab is a firm formed dated 25th August, 2015. M/s United Cotfab is promoted by United Group based at Ahmedabad and the group is engaged in Textile business since 1983. The promoters are in the Textile business (i.e. spinning and weaving) through group firms namely “United Polyfab Pvt. Ltd., “United Polyfab Gujarat Ltd” and “United Techfab Pvt Ltd”

UCLLP has set up an open-end spinning unit for manufacturing cotton yarn 7/10/16 counts with an estimated capacity of 7800 MTPA.

United Polyfab Gujarat Ltd.

M/s United Polyfab Gujarat Ltd. started the operations in the year 2015- 16. The company is engaged in the manufacturing of cotton yarn with installed capacity of 11400 MTPA and 40,000 spindles

United Polyfab Pvt. Ltd.

M/s United Polyfab Pvt. Ltd. is a pioneer company of United Group of Mittal Family which had started the business in 2007 and over a period of 6 years it had successfully completed expansion projects for installing the Air-jet Looms. Currently it has installed total 96 Air-jet Looms having total capacity of 130 Lakhs Metres of Fabrics per annum.

United Techfab

United Techfab started the business in 2012 and over a period of time it had successfully completed an expansion project for installing the Airjet Looms. Currently, it has installed total 60 Air-jet Looms having total capacity of 90 Lakhs Mtrs of Fabrics per annum.
